On the day of the meeting, one short-term first-round researcher made her final research report and seven long-term research fellows made their interim reports. Following the presentations, the Evaluation Committee Chairman made comments on each individual researcher.
After the research report meeting, a research recognition and exchange party was held at The Strings by InterContinental Tokyo. The judging panels and the researchers’ receiving organization representatives joined in a lively exchange of opinions and information, which led to deeper exchanges.
